Homebrewing in the backyard to honor National Homebrew Day. Made Paradoxical Porter, an oldy but goody original recipe. Added smoked and roasted black patent and European chocolate rye malts for extra flavor…used the grill for that Oh, used the homegrown hops too. Also has a bit of brown sugar.

Finally got to try Denver Beer Co’s 2011 Great American Beer Fest Gold Medal winning Graham Cracker Porter. Yum!

Yet another blog about home cooking, backyard BBQ/smoking, home brewing and drinks, including a love for photography. Purpose? Mainly to keep a record of food and beverage related stuff here, may it be a great recipe we made, technique, TV show or restaurant/bar that's interesting...or not.
