Kohlrabi is coming on strong after all the rains of last week.   If one’s not familiar it’s a rather cool looking veggie and tastes like a cross between a turnip and cabbage.  Our favorite way of serving it is raw, sliced with a sprinkle of salt.  Goes well with beer!
